During the last General Assembly of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Elektronenmikroskopie, DGE, (German Society for Electron Microscopy), Prof. Dr. Peter A. van Aken has been elected as Vice President for the period of 01.01.2020 to 31.12.2021 and as President for the period of 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2023.
