Materials for ICT, Energy, Health, and Transport
JRA2 is dedicated to the support and solution of academic and industrial TEM users’ materials problems.
Within WP7 to WP10, different TEM characterization and specimen preparation techniques including diffraction and imaging, electron tomography, spectroscopy, holography and in-situ investigations, with ultimate energy and spatial resolution will be implemented for the study of materials systems in ICT, energy, health and transport. This will provide information on properties and performance characteristics of novel materials and material combinations that are necessary for understanding and improving materials to engineering readiness for European industry.
