ESTEEM3 Joint Research Activities (JRAs) meeting was held from 8 to 9 September by the University of Oxford, in London.

During two-days, ESTEEM3 partners were gathered to discuss and present all the joint research activities realized since the last previous meeting in July 2022.

On 8 September 2022, presentations for Work Packages 4, 5, and 6 were showcased to the participants.

Then, the next day, presentations for Work Packages 7, 8, and 9 were done in the morning and they concluded this meeting, with a presentation for Work Packages 10 and 11.

As one of the participants, Kilian Gruel from the CEME-CNRS said: "As a 3rd-year Ph.D. student, my subject focuses on combining electron holography experiments and FEM simulation to quantitatively extract the distribution of potential charges, and to characterize the defects in working devices like capacitors, ferroelectrics and transistors, which promote a better understanding of the physical processes and may help to decrease power consumption of these electronic components in our daily life".
