Ernst Ruska-Centre for Microscopy and Spectroscopy with Electrons will organize a workshop on "TEM Characterization Techniques : Focusing on In-Situ and EELS" in Juelich, Germany from March 22th to March 24th, 2023.

We are excited to announce this new ESTEEM workshop that will share the theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary to move your in-situ transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and electron energy loss spectroscopy (EELS) studies forward.
This workshop contains lectures by experts from ER-C, Gatan, DENSsolutions, and the scientific community. Application scientists from Gatan and DENSsolutions will demonstrate these techniques on the TEMs located at the Ernst Ruska-Centre for Microscopy and Spectroscopy.
