Location: The event is taking place at the Loft des Écluses, located at 159 Quai de Valmy in Paris but you can connect remotely from anywhere : Teams link. 

 

The day kicked off with a warm welcome introduction by Peter A. van Aken, sharing the main achievements of the ESTEEM3 project. 

At the moment, all the work package leaders present the progress made in their field.

After a short coffee break, Prof. Miran Ceh from JSI will present the Networking Activities achievements, followed by Prof. Peter A. van Aken's illumination of the Transnational Access achievements of ESTEEM3. A roundtable discussion chaired by Dr. John Walmsley from UCA will delve into the topic of Transnational Access for industry in the context of EU grants.

Post lunch, esteemed researchers will deliver presentations on various topics. Projects such as HSMCO by PhD. Piotr Woźniak, CeramECS by PhD. Elisa Zanchi, Lumi-Nano-LBP by Dr. S.M. Collins, and FLUOTOOTH and MIHTOOTH by Dr. Sophia HOUARI will be discussed.

Following a second coffee break, Dr. Leander Michels will present the IS-SGI project from Elkem Silicon Products in collaboration with UCAM. Prof. Rafal Dunin-Borkowski will then discuss the 'Routes of Sustainability: eDREAM and ARIE'.

To conclude the event, Prof. Peter A. van Aken will share his insights, summarizing the day's proceedings and offering thoughts for the future of electron microscopy.
